Hook: What kind of religious people or situations make you feel excluded?

Book: Jesus invited people to lay aside the traditions and burdens of their religious system and come to Him for rest. Those who considered themselves wise and learned arrogantly rejected Jesus and His followers. In contrast, people could come to Jesus like little children by simply believing the truths He revealed. Instead of heavy rules, they would find the yoke of Jesus easy and light. It is refreshing to discover that simple obedience yokes you with the God of heaven.
