Hook: What issues cause a group to resist its leader?

Book: Even though the leaders refused to accept the teaching of Jesus, the people and even the demons got it. The people knew that their leaders were about control and power while Jesus was all righteousness and grace. Their enthusiasm was so great that a boat had to be prepared as a pulpit. For obvious reasons, this crowd chose to follow Jesus instead of their leaders.
