Hook: Can you think of a time when you felt encumbered by owning too much stuff?

Book: In response to this greedy question, Jesus revealed the emptiness of possessions. When people trust things for security instead of God, they will eventually be sadly disappointed. The Lord desires that you use your life and possessions to store up wealth in heaven not on earth. When possessions have no eternal purpose, they lead to the worst poverty.
