Hook: When was the last time you were surprised by the unexpected kindness of a stranger?

Book: When compassion flows in you, it will spill over and touch others. Jesus could not contain Himself when He saw the desperate situation of this widow. He had to act. Much of His ministry recorded in the Bible took place as Jesus simply interacted with people in His travels. Can you imagine how grateful that widow was to bump into a stranger who cared enough to help her?
