Hook:  Why do you think most people float through life as if they have no calling from God? 

Book:  Jesus took a stubborn fisherman and transformed him into an eager fisher of men.  Once Peter was confronted with his personal sinfulness and granted grace, he was willing to leave everything to help Jesus share this message with others.  He thrust himself into God’s calling. 

Our callings in life may differ, but there is a common thread that ties them together.  Jesus wants all of us to help people we know or love come home to him.  Is there any accomplishment on earth that beats being a fisher of men?
