Hook: How do you think current fascination with the supernatural affects the way people view the resurrection of Jesus?

Book: This passage provides vivid details about the resurrected body of the Lord. He was recognizable, could appear suddenly, had flesh and bones, and could speak and eat. But, best of all, His message was “Peace be with you.” What the disciples thought was a scary situation actually was about peace. Jesus’ resurrection was real and brought comfort because He was real—the very Son of God. Any supernatural event claiming to be from God must provide the same.
