Hook: Can you think of reasons why Christians find it easier to preach than to practice what they believe?

Book: Jesus had little time for people who professed knowledge of God but failed to reach out to suffering people. He flipped this test question, “Who is my neighbor?”, to explain the real issue: Am I a neighbor? True knowledge will create in you a lifestyle that sacrifices to shows mercy. How do you see this distinction between knowing and doing portrayed in the parable?
